Deputy Program Manager

Location: Arlington, VA

The Deputy Program Manager will be instrumental in leading the team, implementing processes, and providing support to client-facing analysts and engineers.

This position is located in Crystal City, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Support Program Manager in executing Engineering Support Services contract which provides cost, data, cyber, SSE, and PM analytical support to the US Navy.
  • Support review of all financial data, including funding requests, invoices, and revenue.
  • Support staff management, including team management and recruiting.
  • Manage client relationships across all teams, ensuring deliverables exceed client expectations.
  • Manage execution of subcontractor relationships, including developing contract modifications and assisting with recruiting.
  • Ensure timely submission of all CDRLs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Program Management (or related field), Mathematics, Engineering or other Technical Degree
  • 15 years relevant experience supporting Navy combat systems
  • Conceptual knowledge of U.S. Navy Combat Systems
  • Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Familiarity
  • Experience with cost, schedule and performance as it relates to program execution
  • Program and Personnel Management experience
  • Experience with DoD Financial Management and Acquisition policies
  • Risk Management Policies and Assessment
  • Experience working in a program office or PEO at a Navy Systems Command
  • Strong Communication and Briefing Skills
  • DoD Top Secret Clearance
